Prep Time Cook Time Serves
 

 

Ingredients:

Apples medium sized   4
Icing sugar   4 tbsp
Milk   4 cups
Almond paste   3 tbsp
Lemon juice   1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence   a few drops
 

Method:

  • Peel and core the apples. Then cut them up into thin slices.
  • In the blender jar, put in the apple slices, sugar, lemon juice, milk, vanilla essence and the almond paste.
  • Blend for a minute till smooth. Chill till serving time.
  • Pour out the apple shake in tall glasses and stick a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint on the side.
